PROCESS SERVICE
Legal Documents are served locally and nationwide by experienced and
mature process servers. Many of these individuals are former law enforcement
officers.
Occasionally, it
is necessary to determine the address of the individual to be served. This can
usually be determined through our databases.
Associated
process servers throughout the United States provide service outside our
immediate area. When necessary, we forward the court documents and maintain
contact until the papers are served. Arrangements for the execution of an
Affidavit of Service are made and returned to the client.
